Monica F. Bradshaw is the founder and CEO of Lyonses Endowment Coalition. 1988, Monica enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves. In 1990, she deployed in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In 1992, upon receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Alcorn State University, she was commissioned a Second Lieutenant, in Military Intelligence Corps. In 2001, she received a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Alabama, at Birmingham, in Public Administration. Monica reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. In 2018, she retired from active duty in 2018 after an illustrious 30 - year career.
A native of Utica, MS, Pamela Williams has over 20 years of experience in Education. She currently serves as the project director of Talent Search/TRIO program at Hinds Community College-Utica Campus. She runs the daily operation of the department that currently assist 631 students in the Hinds and Copiah school district at graduating high school and proceeding to a post- secondary education.
Sheila Horne is the Director of Admission for Adult, Graduate, and Online Studies. She has 20 years of experience as an Administrator and Development Officer. Areas of experience include Strategic Planning, Fundraising/Development, Public Relations, Volunteer Cultivation, Staff Development and Business Operations.
Brenda Cooper-Jones, from Edwards, MS, is a Sociology Instructor at Hinds Community College Utica Campus. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching at the college level. Brenda’s specialty is focused on current societal issues and the associated local, state and federal laws. She assists her students in developing realistic solutions which are presented to local and state elected officials.
Cindi Henry is a Licensed Master Level Social worker who has worked in the child welfare arena since 2004. She is the owner and president of C & K Consulting, LLC where she provides on-site training, professional development workshops, leadership training, and business operations consultation to local businesses in Mississippi.

Colonel (Retired) Paul Willis, from Edwards, MS, earned an Associate Degree from Utica Junior College (now Hinds Community College – Utica Campus), a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Alcorn State University, Lorman, MS, and a Master of Science Degree in Education from Chicago State University. COL Willis was a Distinguished Military Graduate of ROTC and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps, retiring in from active duty in 2004.
